The flake carbonyl iron powder produced by our company exhibits excellent temperature stability, a high aspect ratio, and high magnetic permeability, making it an excellent absorber material. Common forms of carbonyl iron powder include spherical and flake shapes (see product morphology chart). The high-frequency magnetic properties of spherical carbonyl iron powder are limited by Snoek effect, which hinders its ability to meet the requirements for "thin, light, wide, and strong" absorption performance. In contrast, flake carbonyl iron powder can surpass the Snoek limit, enabling outstanding high-frequency electromagnetic performance.
